I guess you also have heard that many people thank the police, the firefighters and the ambulances that helped at ground-zero
however, there is one thing I guess you haven't heard:
THANK YOU!

thank you for thanking and helping instead of insulting and killing.

The known heroes are the firefighters and all other 911 staff...
